Director of International Relations and Development

Doug is a qualified engineering surveyor with over 35 years of experience in the Middle East. He was the General Manager of GIS Saudi Arabia, Spatial-One, and Summit Geo-Services. He has worked with international partners through joint ventures and collaboration agreements to introduce technology transfer to Saudi Arabia. With Maalem, Doug has formed a consortium of international experts in land administration and geospatial information for Saudi programs.

Shareholder and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Al Rajhi brings 40 years of experience in land affairs, aerial and space surveys, and geospatial management. He holds professional memberships and official responsibilities across the Arab world, USA, and Europe and has been recognized globally for his scientific and professional excellence.

He is the former Deputy Minister for Land and Surveying at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs (MoMRA) in Saudi Arabia. He holds extensive qualifications, including a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Surveying, and Geospatial Information from Leibniz University, Hanover, Germany

HRH Prince Saud Bin Mishal Al Saud

Prince Saud bin Mishal Al-Saud is a successful entrepreneur who currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Al-Manahil Holding. Al-Manahil Holding is a Saudi Arabian investment company that invests in a variety of industries, including retail, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors. Prince Saud’s leadership philosophy aligns with the country’s Vision 2030 reform plan and emphasizes sustainable business models for long-lasting impact.

Aside from his business expertise, Prince Saud is also the Chairman of the Saudi Arabian Cricket Federation (SACF). His appointment reflects his commitment to both business and sports development. Under his guidance, SACF has achieved great success by facilitating sports agreements and hosting the Kingdom’s first National Cricket Championship. Prince Saud’s unique combination of business acumen and sports advocacy positions him as a noteworthy figure shaping the economic and athletic landscape of Saudi Arabia.

Reda Ghazzawi

Mr. Ghazzawi is a Shareholder and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been a part of the industry for 35 years and possesses a visionary mindset when it comes to technology transfer and its implementation in the Saudi Arabian marketplace. He has established specialist companies in various fields, such as geographical information systems, aerial photography, mapping, satellite imagery,and geospatial data management. In 1992, he established Saudi Geographic Information Systems (SGIS) and later Summit Geo-Services in 2000.

Based on his expertise, Maalem was formed, and together with their worldwide partners, they provide internationally recognized proficiency in land administration, cadastral survey, and land titling systems for the kingdom.
